Karen forgot to order and is freaking out on you (and us), Ken fat-fingered and ordered a youth medium instead of a regular medium, and kid-brother hid the package from his parents. We've seen it all. Uniforms are pretty important and we believe one person ordering with one shipping address is the way to go.

What's a 24x7 Store?

The 24x7 store are just that. They are always open and can collect orders at any time. This type of store is great to run in background all season and can be refreshed with new product and logos through the year. The link can be posted on the organizations website or social media so it can be easily found by parents/players to order.

How does it work?

We have a template stores to choose from where you can include your organization's colors and logos to each product. The store will stay open without a set close date for parents and players to order anytime they want. You can refresh the store with new products anytime!

What is the turnaround time?

Each order is processed and shipped in 10 business day or less and shipped directly to your door!

Can I add additional products?

Yes, as long as it's Sport-Tek.

How does fundraising work?

We can mark up each product 10%. Fundraising checks are mailed out quarterly.

How is payment handled?

Parents pay at the time of checkout via credit card.

How long does the store take to set up?

Store set up typically takes about 5-7 business days. Once the store is ready we will send the store link which can then be sent out to the families.

How many logos can I use?

Up to three print logos on each item and one embroidery logo can be used throughout the store.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we will replace or refund the item. Please reach out to our partner with your order number, support@teamgearflow.com.
