- All decorated gear ships FedEx 2 Day Express 💯.
- Orders over $500 ship free to the lower 48.
- Orders under $500 are $45 to the lower 48.
- Orders going to AK, HI, etc. are $85.
- Shipping costs will vary for equipment orders.
- USA shipping only for now.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you don’t love the product or the process just let us know. We'll replace or refund any decorated order within one week of delivery. Guaranteed.
- No Returns on Champro equipment orders because you're getting a 50% discount (sorry, not sorry).
- Products without decoration can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email service@customfuze.com to get started.
Defects
Your gear should last until it's time for a replacement, but if your players play hard and mom (or dad) wash it with shoes, bedding, and everything else like we do, there's a good chance you'll see some normal wear and tear, mainly with pilling and loose threads (lots of ways to take care of this...just ask Google). That should be expected. Keep the kids from rolling around on concrete and rubbing on fences and you should be good.
All that said, if you feel your gear is defective send an email with pics to service@customfuze.com. After confirmation we’ll work on a fix, repair, or replace plan.
